Happy Monday everyone and happy Halloween! I hope you all had a great weekend and got to enjoy the beautiful sunny skies. We finally had a fever-free baby again and were able to spend quite some time outdoors, woho! And, OHHH WOW! How beautiful is it out there! All those leaves on the ground, the colors, the sun shining between the very orange tree branches… I’ll leave it here before I get all romantic, but you got the picture, right?
On Saturday we went for a short walk to Frognerparken. It was so nice and so idyllic that we couldn’t resist the temptation and ended up improvising our very own autumn photo session. We got a few really nice shots and had a lot of fun, so I thought I’d share it with you in case you’re looking for the perfect autumn photo session setting ;).
We went around 2:30pm and got what photographers call the ‘golden hours’, a perfect afternoon light to take pictures in. Thea had a lot of fun playing with the leaves and watching mom and dad crawling on the ground to capture the perfect shot or jumping up and down to make her laugh. Uf, exhausting! But quite worth it :).
If you decide to go, let us know how it went! Oh, and you could also use the chance to pick up some leaves for some cool children-friendly DIYs like these ones.
